Kampanye Calon Wali Kota Berhadiah 6 Motor dan Umrah

 

Untuk menarik perhatian dan mencari dukungan masyarakat, salah satu pasangan calon wali kota dan wakil wali kota Malang menabur hadiah berupa enam sepeda motor dan satu tiket ibadah umrah.

Hal itu dilakukan oleh pasangan Muhammad Anton-Sutiaji (AJI) dalam kampanye terbukanya yang digelar di Lapangan Amprong, Kecamatan Blimbing, Kota Malang, Jumat (10/5/2013) sore.
Melihat hadiah yang ditawarkan, ribuan warga Kota Malang di kecamatan setempat berbondong-bondong menghadiri kampanye tersebut. "Rugi tidak datang. Siapa tahu dapat hadiah sepeda motor dan tiket umrah ke Mekkah," kata Hendry, seorang warga, kepada Kompas.com di sela-sela acara kampanye.
Bukan hadiah sepeda motor dan umrah saja yang dibagikan oleh calon yang akrab disapa Abah Anton itu. Pengunjung kampanye mendapat kesempatan mendapatkan hadiah sepeda gunung, televisi, dan lemari es. Masing-masing jenis hadiah berjumlah enam, sesuai dengan nomor urut pasangan yang biasa disingkat AJI itu.
"Kita memberikan hadiah serba enam. Kita akan undi nanti sesuai dengan kupon yang telah dipegang oleh bapak ibu sekalian," kata salah satu panitia kampanye memberi tahu di atas panggung, sebelum orasi pasangan calon dimulai.
Sementara itu, dalam orasi politiknya, Anton tidak akan memanfaatkan fasilitas negara jika terpilih menjadi wali kota Malang. "Jika Tuhan mengizinkan saya terpilih jadi wali kota Malang, saya tidak akan memakan fasilitas negara. Saya akan pakai fasilitas pribadi demi Kota Malang," tegasnya.
Anton juga berjanji, dia dan wakilnya bersedia mundur dari jabatan jika dalam setahun pertama masa jabatannya tidak ada perubahan yang dia lakukan. "Janji itu sudah menjadi komitmen saya dan wakil saya demi kepentingan masyarakat Kota Malang. Kita sudah komitmen juga ke depan Malang harus lebih maju, sejahtera dari sebelumnya. Kemiskinan harus diberantas. Wong cilik harus dipedulikan," kata Anton lantang.
Seusai berorasi, Anton memimpin langsung pengundian kupon yang dibagikan secara gratis kepada warga. "Ini rezeki bagi bapak dan ibu sekalian. Hadiahnya serba enam. Sepeda motor enam unit, sepeda gunung enam unit, dan TV enam unit. Terakhir, tiket umrah untuk satu orang," katanya.
Menurut Abah Anton, pengundian hadiah tidak hanya dibagikan di satu kecamatan. "Hadiah ini juga akan diberikan di lima kecamatan di Kota Malang," katanya.

Puluhan Mahasiswa Gelar May Day di Depan Kantor Walikota Malang

 

Puluhan mahasiswa dari Forum Mahasiswa Hukum Peduli Keadilan Universitas Brawijaya (UB) ambil serta dalam May Day.

Namun mereka tidak bergabung dengan barisan buruh. Melainkan menggelar aksi di depan kantor Walikota Malang, Rabu (1/5/2013) pukul 09.30 WIB.
Para mahasiswa ini membuat barisan melingkar dan menggelar aksi teatrikal yang menggambarkan penderitaan buruh.
Mereka juga membawa sejumlah poster.
Antara lain, "Perjuangkan hak normatif buruh", "Buruh bukan korban pembangunan", "buruh bukan budak" dan sebagainya.
Aksi ini mendapat pengawalan sekitar 100 orang polisi berseragam lengkap.

RICUHNYA BONEK VS AREWARIA DIPICU TEWASNYA BONEK

 

Kericuhan pendukung laga Gresik United melawan Arema, Kamis, 7 Maret 2013, diduga dipicu tewasnya seorang Bonek suporter Persebaya Eric Setiawan. Eric, yang tewas di Jl. Wahidin depan Kantor Pertanian, Gresik, diduga korban salah sasaran massa beratribut Aremania.

Insiden ini pun memicu kemarahan Bonek. Menurut Koordinator Bonek liar Bram Oky, sejumlah Bonek mencoba menghadang rombongan Aremania di tol arah Malang. Terjadilah kerusuhan di akhir pertandingan Gresik vs Arema. Massa Bonek melakukan sweeping di tol, mencari kendaraan berplat nomor N ataupun massa beratribut Aremania.

Gerakan mereka dihadang polisi. Kepolisian menutup akses jalan tol dan melarang semua kendaraan melintasi tol arah Mojokerto dan Malang. Kericuhan berlanjut. Ratusan polisi dikerahkan untuk mengamankan jalan tol yang telah dikepung massa Bonek. Kericuhan sampai melibatkan warga.

Hingga Kamis malam tadi, Bonek mengepung tol terutama di KM 5 dan 6. Kepala Polisi Resort Kota Besar Komisaris Besar Tri Maryanto mengerahkan tambahan personal di lokasi untuk berjaga-jaga. Walikota Surabaya Tri Rismaharini sempat terkena gas air mata dan mendapatkan perawatan medis.

Gesekan berlanjut, namun kali ini Bonek bentrok dengan polisi. Bram menuturkan bentrok terjadi lantaran polisi bersikap represif. "Mereka menembakkan gas air mata ke massa, kalau begini terus enggak berhenti-henti," kata Bram.

Dari atas jembatan tol, Pasukan Anti Huru-hara Kepolisian Daerah Jawa Timur nampak menembakkan water canon. Tidak lama kemudian, gas air mata ditembakkan berkali-kali untuk menghalau massa Bonek. Massa yang mengamuk membakar truk di KM 12.

Sekitar pukul 01.00 WIB, Jumat, 8 Maret 2013, polisi mulai menghalau massa di pintu keluar Tol Banyu Urip di Jl. Simo Kalangan Surabaya. Bonek yang berbaur dengan warga lari ke perkampungan. Kini kondisi berangsur-angsur kondusif. Meski polisi dan Komando Distrik Militer Kecamatan Sukomanunggal masih berjaga di lokasi.
